Electric Valve Actuators

Mavrite Global's patented VA series of Valve Actuators set a new standard in proportional valve control. Rugged, cost effective and simple to install, these actuators can be integrated into a wide variety of flow process applications where, until now, the choices have been limited. The Microprocessor-based VA series can proportionally control virtually all pressure regulators, metering valves, needle valves, and low volume ball valves.

Mavrite Global Valve Actuators are widely used for mission critical applications in industries like oil refining, water treatment, chemical processing, and pharmaceuticals.

Now available: Water proof up to 1 atmosphere. Also available Solar Power application.

The VA100/VA200 is suited for heavy-duty applications requiring torque of up to 100 or 200 inch-pounds - for large ball valves, heavy duty metering valves and high pressure linear valves.

The VA200 with 200 inch-pound seating torque was designed for a 60,000 P.S.I steam valve. Microprocessor control allows the actuator to seat the stem without damaging the valve.

The VA21 is suited for applications requiring torque of up to 21 inch-pounds - for ball valves, metering valves and linear valves.

The VA21 is being used successfully with 1" ball valves in cryogenic machines for fast volume flow, with pressure regulators for controlling municipal water distribution, and angular position feedback applications for plant automation. Microprocessor control allows the actuator to seat the stem without damaging the valve.

VA8

Capable of generating up to 8 inch-pounds of torque, the VA8 is ideally suited for metering valves, small needle valves, small ball valves and teflon valves. The VA8 also makes an excellent alternative to solenoids.

The microprocessor-controlled motor guarantees optimum torque control when starting, running or stopping valve rotation. The VA8 assures accurate valve seating without stiction or motor stall.

When supplied by the factory coupled to an associated VK8 Valve Kit that meets your flow criteria, the assembly comes fully tested and ready for installation.
